Team has the capacity to produce up to 6,500 pipe spools per month, including a combination of large and small bore, and all associated weld-on and shipped loose pipe supports. Our experience is broad, with the skills needed to work with carbon steel, chrome moly, creep resistant steels, stainless steels, duplex steels, nickel-based alloys, and aluminum, as well as jacketed and clad piping systems. Our efficient processes and above-and-beyond approach to accuracy are two ways we help ensure the quality and on-time delivery of every spool that leaves our facility:

A CUSTOM MATERIALS CONTROL SYSTEM

All materials and the fabrication status of every spool is closely tracked throughout the 14-step production process, from isometric receipt to shipment. The system also pinpoints any material shorts and allocates material to each pipe spool as required. All labor operations needed to fabricate a spool are identified by the system, along with the appropriate man-hours required. This process speeds production and delivery while ensuring the accuracy of each spool.
