Team’s Kaukauna, WI facility is equipped with the latest technology for painting of pipe spools and vessels, including an enclosed re-cycled steel grit blast booth and enclosed paint booth. Team’s blast and paint facility meets all applicable OSHA and EPA requirements.

At other Team facilities, blasting and painting is sublet to qualified vendors located within close proximity to each Team facility. Each painting vendor has been qualified by Team QC and vendor performance is monitored closely by Team QC on an ongoing basis. Spool progress through the painting vendor’s system is integrated in Team’s spool tracking system.

Silica sand is not permitted for use on any Team work, whether by Team or by Team’s vendors.
