We fabricate all sizes of pipe, including the UA ruling permitting shop fabrication of 2" and smaller piping.
We are authorized to use the ASME "PP" and "U" code symbol stamps and we are qualified to perform code fabrication to: ASME Section I and VIII Division I, ANSI B31.1 and B31.3, as well as other National Code Standards.
We provide blasting, priming, and finish painting, I.D. and O.D. coatings, rubber lining, non-destructive examination (NDE), post weld heat treating (PWHT), passivation and glass bead finishing capabilities.
We have complete engineering services, CAD spool drafting, 3D graphics, isometric field erection drafting, module design detailing and model building. Our back-up support for staff includes specially programmed computer software for scheduling, progress reporting, material control, purchasing and bar coding of completed fabrication.
